​On December 31, 2021, the Toxics Reduction Act, 2009 was repealed by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks, ending the Ontario Toxics Reduction Program. This change will remove unnecessary duplication and overlap with the federal government’s Chemicals Management Plan program.
